Harvest of Homes, Inc. was born in 1978 by a local Andover Realtor agent’s and his then office manager’s dream to start their own company! What transpired was a thriving Real Estate Company headed by renowned local agent Ron Landry who went on to be the President of the Lawrence Board of Realtors, i.e. The Northeast Association of Realtors, and the Massachusetts Board of Realtors throughout the 1980s. They were quite unique in that they widened their business range to include Real Estate Appraising as well.
As the 1990s and the millennium pushed on, the company grew in leaps and bounds on the appraisal side and now operates solely as a Real Estate Appraisal firm. Harvest of Homes has always been and remains family owned and operated. It is now in the hands of Ron’s daughter, Michelle Landry, who is also a Realtor for Keller Williams Andover. Michelle has carried both Appraisal and Sales licenses throughout her career as well. She became a Certified Licensed Residential Appraiser 1995 and a Realtor in 2000.
